What is a mailbox?
A mailbox is an email address with its own space, like ana@yourcompany.com. If several people share the same address, it counts as a single mailbox.
What if I have several domains?
Each domain has its own plan, depending on how many mailboxes it has. That way you pay just what's fair for each one. If you have many, write to us and we'll sort it out together.
How do I pay?
You pay every month and are invoiced with VAT on top. When you sign up, we explain the available payment methods.
Can I change plans?
Yes. If your company grows, you move up to a bigger plan; if it shrinks, you can move down to a smaller one. Write to us and we'll change it.
Is there a long-term contract or setup fee?
There's no long-term contract: you pay month to month and can cancel whenever you want.
