An antispam with many layers, not just one
No filter is perfect on its own. That's why every email goes through several different checks and, if there's any doubt, it isn't deleted: it waits in quarantine.
Six checks before an email gets to you
Each layer catches what the others miss. Together, they keep out almost everything you don't want to read.
Reputation and blocklists
We check blocklists (DNSBL) in real time to see whether the sender has a bad reputation as a source of spam.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC
We verify that the email really comes from who it says it comes from. It's the best defense against identity spoofing.
Greylisting
We ask unknown senders to try again. Legitimate servers do; spam programs usually give up.
Content analysis
SpamAssassin and collaborative databases like Razor read the message and recognize the typical patterns of spam.
Phishing and dangerous links
We detect messages that imitate banks or suppliers, and links that lead to fake pages.
A score for every message
Each test adds or subtracts points. The result decides what happens to the email, without relying on a single signal.
On top of that, no email gets in for mailboxes that don't exist: we ask your server and instantly reject anything addressed to non-existent recipients.
The score decides, and you have the final say
Low score: it passes
The email looks normal and is delivered to your server, no fuss.
Isolated signals: they add up
A single odd signal isn't enough to hold an email back. Signals add up, and the message is set aside only when the score is high.
High score: quarantine
Anything that looks like spam is set aside and kept for 14 days. It isn't deleted: if it was good, you get it back.
Allowlist and blocklist, and a report every day
The filter learns from your decisions. With one click you change what happens with each sender, without touching any technical settings.
- Allowlist: always trust a sender so their emails are never held back.
- Blocklist: block anyone you never want to read again.
- Daily report: every user gets a summary of what was held back, with links to release messages without logging in to the panel.
- Tracking: check whether an email arrived, when, and what was decided about it.
AI review of doubtful email
We're preparing one more layer: an artificial intelligence review of the messages the filter isn't sure about. It will help decide better what is spam and what is a legitimate email that just looks odd.
It isn't available yet. When it is, it will be added to the service without changing anything you already have.
One more layer, on the way
More eyes on doubtful email, with nothing for you to do.
Say goodbye to the morning spam
Try it on your domain: nothing to install, and we help you get it up and running.
